Mike and his wife Tara have been part of the Anchorage community since 2011 and are actively involved at Cornerstone Church, where they lead a weekly life group that meets at the church. They also serve on the missions committee and are passionate supporters of Cornerstone’s mission work in Africa. Mike loves the outdoors and takes every opportunity to enjoy Alaska through hunting, fishing, and exploring. He’s also into vehicle repair and always has a project in the works. When he’s not outside or under the hood of a truck, Mike enjoys reading—especially leadership books. As a kid, he dreamed of being a professional baseball player, but today he’s grateful to be walking with Jesus and investing in the lives of others through faithful friendship and community.
