Connecting Women With The Father and His Children
Our Vision
Precious One, you are so loved!
As you engage in Women’s Ministry, we hope and pray that you will experience the Father’s overwhelming love for you.
Our heart behind Women’s Ministry is to provide connection.
First and foremost to your Heavenly Father, and secondly to other women - His children.
We desire to mentor, teach and walk alongside women - building relationships, speaking the truth of God’s Word and encouraging one another in the faith.
What a great encouragement to pray!
““if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.””
We are called to SERVE!
Too often when we hear the call to serve, we automatically think “what is this going to take from me?”
Jesus tells us in Luke 6:38, “Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measure back to you.”
Jesus told us, when you give you will receive! Then in Acts we are reminded of that calling to give by Paul when he reminds us of what our Lord said in Acts 20:35,
“In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
What great encouragement for us to serve! Serving requires that we give, but giving has great rewards!
How then do we stir up one another to love and good works? One way is by hearing what God does when we serve. The testimonies in the video above are from ladies who serve and have been served. We pray the Lord will encourage you and show you how it can be possible to be more blessed in the giving than receiving!

Fruit of the Spirit disciplines
From February to October of 2021 we did a monthly focus on the Fruit of the Spirit. Each testimony zeroed in on one characteristic for personal growth in the body of Christ. Our encouragement to you is to listen to each of them and see the love of Jesus manifest in these lives.
As you do this, be praying that God would grow and encourage you to look to and learn from Him and model your life after Jesus Christ. As you see Him doing a work in you, share it with others. One of the ways the body builds itself up in love is by sharing what you are learning and how God is using it in your life.

Women’s Ministry hosts multiple events during the fall and spring for ladies all around Anchorage. Feature Events are held from September to May. This is where women of Anchorage come together to learn and grow.
