When are your worship services?

We have two Sunday Worship times, 9:30am and 11:30am.

If you are considering joining us for a service, we hope you'll find a place where you are warmly welcomed and feel at home, even if you've never been to church before. No matter where you are in your understanding of Jesus Christ, our prayer is that you will come to know Him better. We want to help you get to know God better and enable you to become who He's created you to be.

We have an excellent Children's Church program for children from birth through 5th grade. We recommend you arrive approximately 20 minutes before the service so you won't feel rushed.

Where is Cornerstone located?

We are located in south Anchorage right off the Old Seward Highway and O'Malley Road at 10431 Brayton Drive.

What can I expect at my first visit?

As you enter the church you will be welcomed by one of our greeters who will have a current weekly bulletin with news, our upcoming events, life groups, etc. They also are happy to give you directions or answer any questions you may have.

If you have young children (infants - 5th grade), you'll want to check them in at the Impress Children's Ministry Registration table, which one of the greeters would be more then happy to direct you to.

As you enter the sanctuary, our ushers will welcome you and direct you to your seat.

Be sure to visit the welcome table located in the main hallway either before or after the services so that we may have the opportunity to welcome you to Cornerstone Church. We invite you to a light snack and time of fellowship in the main corridor after the services.

Intercessory Prayer

What if? What could happen if a group of Christ followers gathered here every Sunday morning to pray throughout each of our services? What would happen if they asked God to pour out His Spirit upon us, revealing His power and Glory through saving lost souls, restoring broken relationships, healing ill bodies, sending out workers...?

I would like to see what could and would happen through that type of intercessory prayer, and so I challenge you to be a part of that vision.

We have designated a prayer room (209, located upstairs) for this purpose. You are invited to come throughout either the 9:30 or 11:30 service each week to pray for God to work among us in great power.

"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen". Eph 3:20-21

Lets pray and anticipate seeing and experiencing God's answers to the WHAT IF...!

Do you have a program for my children?

Absolutely!

Impress is Cornerstone’s children’s ministry and is offered during both Sunday services for infants - 5th grade. On Sunday mornings, please register your children at the table located in the main hallway. Each child will receive a band with a removable, corresponding tab for the parent. Keep the removable tab as the last four digits will be displayed on the screen in the sanctuary if you are needed during the service. Our volunteers will ask to see the tab from the band as it is required to pick up your children from any of the classrooms. All our volunteers are required to submit an application and background check before serving in the ministry. Wellness Policy: To ensure the health of infants and volunteers we ask that sick children do not attend the nursery.

Infuse is our youth ministry for 6th and 8th graders and meets during both Sunday services. Infuse also meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm in the Upper Room at the church for Youth Group. Our time together is packed with worship, videos, games, a relevant message, and small group discussions. We always encourage and welcome students to bring some friends.

Impact is for 9th-12th grade students. We meet each Sunday evening from 5:30pm-7:30pm in the Upper Room at the church. This is an intense time of music, videos and a message that challenges students in their spiritual journey and strives to provide them with sources for spiritual growth where they will have the opportunity to develop a Godly lifestyle that will Impact relationships and promote service to both God and others.

Your students will experience worship, games and teaching that meets them where they are, in an environment where they can be themselves.
